Meraki Spaces Co. mainly sells perishable and seasonal decor, and therefore we currently do not accept returns.

We have a 0-day return policy, which means you have 0 days after receiving your item to request a return for fall pumpkin packages.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants, pumpkins), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If a pumpkin package order is cancelled 13-25 days in advance of the original pumpkin package delivery date chosen by customer, you will receive a 100% refund.

If a pumpkin package order is cancelled 8-12 days in advance of the original pumpkin package delivery date chosen by customer, you will receive a 75% refund.

If a pumpkin package order is cancelled 7 days/1 week in advance of the original pumpkin package delivery date chosen by customer, you will receive a partial 50% refund.

If an order is cancelled less than one week/2-6 days of original pumpkin package delivery date chosen by customer, you will receive a 25% refund.

If an order is cancelled on day of pumpkin package delivery you will not receive a refund, full expense of package will be kept by company.
