FAQ's
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver across Snohomish County, King County, and Skagit County. Delivery fees vary by location and order size, and are calculated at checkout. If your address isn’t being accepted but falls within these regions, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend booking as soon as you’re interested, especially for fall and holiday seasons. Our installation dates fill quickly, and we close orders once we reach our man-hour capacity or our growers sell out of pumpkins—whichever comes first. Typically, we sell out by the second week of September.
WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION AND A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE BEFORE INSTALLATION?
Yes! When you purchase a pumpkin package, you’ll first choose your preferred delivery week. Once we finalize our routes, we’ll send you a confirmation with the exact date your package will be delivered and designed.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR INSTALLATION?
No — you don’t need to be home! As long as we have clear access to your front entrance, our team can install your seasonal package while you’re out. You’ll come home to a fully styled, photo-ready display.
WHAT IF I HAVE A GATE OR SECURITY SYSTEM?
If your property has a gate, locked entry, or security system, please let us know in advance so we can arrange access. You can reply directly to the confirmation email or text we send with your exact delivery date. Many clients share a temporary code, leave written instructions, or choose to be available during installation.
DO MY DOGS NEED TO BE PUT AWAY?
Yes. For everyone’s safety (and your pets’ comfort) we kindly ask that dogs and other pets be kept indoors during installation. This helps our team work efficiently and ensures a smooth, stress-free setup. If your dog is especially friendly, many of our team members are dog-lovers and would be delighted to meet them. Just let us know if you’d like a photo of your pup with your pumpkin package!
HOW LONG DOES INSTALLATION TAKE?
Most packages are installed within 30–60 minutes, depending on size and any custom add-ons. Larger packages can take a bit longer, but our team works efficiently to transform your entryway with minimal disruption. If installation does run longer, it’s only because we’re taking extra care to ensure your home looks its absolute best.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR THE WEATHER IS BAD ON THE DAY OF MY INSTALLATION?
All of our décor is outdoor-friendly, so light rain won’t affect your display. In the event of severe weather (such as heavy storms, flooding, or high winds), we may reach out to reschedule to ensure your display looks its best and lasts the season.
HOW LONG DOES MY PUMPKIN DISPLAY LAST?
Pumpkins and seasonal greenery are natural products, so their longevity will vary with weather conditions. On average, displays last 4–8 weeks. For homes with full-sun entrances (especially south-facing), we recommend scheduling installation for the first week of October or later. Whenever possible, our team will place pumpkins in shaded or covered areas to help them last longer.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DISPLAY?
Our displays are designed to be low-maintenance. A quick sweep of leaves or debris around your entryway will keep everything looking fresh. For mums and other live plants, watering as needed will extend their beauty. We recommend watering mums at the base of the plant every 1–2 days if they are in direct sunlight, and every 2–3 days if in partial shade.
CAN I ADD EXTRA ITEMS TO MY DISPLAY?
Absolutely! You can customize your package with add-ons like cornstalks, mums, and prize pumpkins. Quantities can be selected during checkout. For mums, we typically bring a mix of colors and will choose the shades that best complement your display.
DO YOU OFFER REMOVAL AT THE END OF THE SEASON?
Yes! We offer optional end-of-season removal for an additional fee, with pricing based on package size. Our team will collect pumpkins, hay bales, and all other décor we delivered, so you don’t have to worry about cleanup. This service can be added at checkout. Whenever possible, we donate leftover pumpkins and straw bales to local farms for feed, bedding, compost, and other sustainable uses—so nothing goes to waste.
WHAT IF I LIVE IN A HEAVILY WOODED AREA, WILL MY DISPLAY BE RUINED?
Deer, squirrels, and other wildlife may be curious about natural décor like pumpkins and cornstalks. While we can’t guarantee critters will stay away, most clients in wooded areas find their displays hold up beautifully. If you’d like to play it safe, here are a few simple deterrents you can try. We don’t provide these treatments since every property is different, some may not be safe for children or pets, and certain options may not be suitable if you have allergies.
QUICK TIPS:
Deer – Sprinkle cayenne, garlic spray, or vinegar.
Squirrels – Rub pumpkins with cayenne or use coffee grounds.
Raccoons – Try motion lights, peppermint spray, or vinegar.
General – Don’t carve pumpkins; reapply deterrents after rain.
DO YOU OFFER COMMERCIAL DESIGN SERVICES?
Yes! We partner with businesses, restaurants, and storefronts to create custom seasonal displays that welcome customers and elevate curb appeal. Any of our package sizes can be adapted for commercial use, and for larger-scale designs we’re happy to provide a personalized quote. We also understand that many businesses require artificial décor to meet safety or health standards—no problem, we have you covered.
If you’re interested in a business display, we encourage you to reach out early. We typically order materials and props up to 9 months in advance, so the sooner you contact us, the better we can bring your vision to life. That said, if you need something on a shorter timeline, we’ll gladly work with what we have to create a beautiful setup.
WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIAL DESIGN OR CUSTOM REQUEST THAT ISN'T LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
We love bringing unique visions to life! Whether you’re looking for a specific color palette (for example, an all-white pumpkin display for a wedding) or a custom request, we’re happy to discuss options. Please contact us directly for a personalized quote.
